The above delivery times include any processing times. It is the time it takes when you place an order and when it is delivered so it is the total delivery time.

Yes, we ship to all countries in the world except "North Macedonia".

Fill out the address or just log in if you are already a customer to get live shipping rates added to your order. You can always withdraw from the order at that time.

Our current shipping costs are ranging from $12.99 to $15.99 Per item. Please contact us if the shipping price shown is too high. We can give you discount by choosing another shipping service which is cheaper.

Shipping is free for orders over 250 USD.

This is the time we take to process your order before it is picked by the shipping carrier.

It takes 4 - 8 business days for processing and an extra 2-3 Business days for delivery.

Express shipping takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

Cancellation:

You can cancel any order within 24 hrs of ordering. If you want to cancel your order - please contact our support team by clicking this link.

Please send your full name and your order number in the email. All requests are handled in a timely manner usually within a few hours.

Any items that are lost in delivery or the item is defective is considered our fault so we will compensate you with the full refund or replacement. However, in cases, the item is rejected by you since you did not accept the package or picked up then we will charge you a shipping fee for the items to be resent since it is considered your fault.
